·     Strengthened relationships between individual subdivision officers and management company personnel through personal involvement with resolution of each subdivision's unique problems.

·     Conducted highly charged motivational presentations at monthly meetings which  enhanced effective administration.

·     Wrote technical job descriptions utilizing federal DOT code, redesigned new hire paperwork, and created detailed hiring procedures in compliance with EEOC and new ADA standards.

·     Developed and trained all employment and management personnel in practical application of ADA guidelines and implementation of hiring procedures.
